• We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding items, opened pillows or duvets, custom or made-to-order products, or clearance items marked as final sale.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. To start a return, email info@comfortandsleep.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and wait for return authorization before sending the item back.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear. For exchanges, we replace only defective or damaged items for other changes, please return the product and place a new order.

• Machine wash at a gentle 40°C.
• Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

4. Are these pillows hypoallergenic and safe?

Yes, absolutely. Our microfibre filling is naturally resistant to dust mites and common allergens, making it an excellent alternative to natural down. Additionally, all of our fillings strictly comply with the Furniture and Furnishings Fire & Safety Regulations 1988 (BS5852 Part 2), ensuring the highest level of safety for your home.
